Happy to share that my request for a pilot project to promote Scarborough’s vibrant food scene and culinary tourism has been accepted at City Council today. I was able to secure $150,000 in the budget for this initiative to support Scarborough’s diverse restaurants and food related businesses in 2026. The project will work with local non-profits and BIAs for initiatives that support local restaurants and food businesses.
