I was saddened to learn that a Toronto City worker was killed on the job while serving our community.
I extend my deepest condolences to his family, to all who knew and loved him, and his fellow workers.

I await the results of the investigations from the Toronto Police and the Ministry of Labour to find out more details.

His death has deeply touched the residents across our city. I extend my support to his family and stand in respect memory of his life.
